So much deaths since May this year, it's getting harder to keep up. Just hours ago, a lawyer of Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa was gunned down and he was with some 15-year old girl. Wow. Just wow!

The killings had been relentless that it's becoming the norm. Well, 16-million people said this was the way to go.The level of gruesomeness is definitely something to get used to. I don't know if anyone can stomach the morbid images that's being flashed on our TV screens as well as our computers and mobile gadgets on a daily basis.

Take this image below for example from Sunstar/Ace Montaño just to give you a taste of how we've level-up the ghoulish scenery of our country.

We are definitely notorious now internationally with no less than the LA Times as well the NY Times to name a few who has pick-up our story.

We can all just brush this aside and say this is how it's suppose to be done and there will be sacrificial lambs along the way. But, what if, you or your relative becomes the collateral damage?

Part of me says, "it's OK, more criminals are off the streets these days, thank you.." and another part of me says, "this guy's parents, brother, sister or children will never see him alive again.. ever!"
